The Arts and Culture Office was an organization equivalent to a faculty, regarding the Rajabhat University Act B.E. 2547. In 2005, the Ministerial Regulation relating to sub-organizations in Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University was issued, with Clause 8 mentioned about Art and Culture Office.

• Winai Nuchpitak was selected as the Director of Art and Culture Office on March 10^th, 2005.
• Assistant Professor Pojanee Kongtarn was selected as the Director of Art and Culture Office on March 22^nd, 2009.
• Assistant Professor Jak Jindawatt was selected as the Director of Art and Culture Office on May 14^th, 2013.
• Yanapat Yodkaew was selected as the Director of Art and Culture Office on January 7^th, 2017, according to the Order of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University Council No. 4/2561, until now.
